My Japanese is rusty but from what I can make of it, dosn’t it say that it’s a music box stuffed inside a Miffy doll? Because I serously doubt that they make Miffy dolls with a music box that plays this song. I don’t know what the song is, don’t ask me, but it’s beautiful. Have a listen.
